We’ve compiled this guide to help you take full advantage of everything VIP has to offer. We’ve also included essential info on our general festival details. Be sure to share this with everyone in your group so all are in-the-know. And if there is anything we left off, email VIP@ohanafest.com with questions. We can’t wait to see you!

How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door.
For the safety of you and others, Ohana does not permit same day re-entry once your ticket has been scanned. This means, once you exit the festival, you can not re-enter on the same day.
Please come prepared with everything you will need for the day.
The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, grass, and sand so choose your footwear accordingly.
Please review our Bag Policy and Permitted and Non-Permitted items HERE to be sure your belongings will be permitted into the festival grounds.
VIP Wristbands
Please do not forget your Ohana Festival RFID VIP wristband, this is your ticket to the event.
You should begin receiving your VIP wristbands approximately 3 weeks prior to the festival at the shipping address provided during check out on FrontGate.
If you have not yet received your wristband in the mail or an email that your wristband will be available for pick up at will call, you can contact Front Gate Ticketing Support with your order number for tracking and more information HERE.
Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

VIP Shuttle Access
As a VIP ticket holder, you will have access to reserve a complimentary round-trip VIP Shuttle pass. Shuttles will run Friday - Sunday from a designated shuttle hub.
More information on how to redeem your VIP Shuttle pass, shuttle hub location, etc. coming soon!
VIP ticket holders will enter at the dedicated VIP entrance.
VIP gift bags and Ohana Beach Towels will be available for pick up just inside the VIP entrance in the VIP Lounge at the tent labeled “VIP Redemption | Customer Service.”
You will need the name and photo ID of the Front Gate ticket purchaser in order to pick up* your VIP Bag and Towel.
*If you are not the original ticket purchaser from FRONT GATE TICKETING please bring a photo of the purchaser’s ID for pick up. If you purchase tickets on any 3rd Party Re-seller sites, such as Seat Geek, StubHub, Vivid, etc. You WILL need the first and last name or order number from the original purchaser. Information from re-seller sites is not valid for VIP Gift pick up.
Once inside the VIP Lounge you can enjoy:
- Comfortable areas to sit and relax with shaded cabanas, VIP bleacher seating, hammocks, and beachside lounge seating. All seating is available on a first come-first serve basis.
- Your complimentary drink will be available for redemption at the VIP BAR in the VIP Lounge. You can redeem this by simply scanning your VIP wristband. (complimentary drink is good for an alcohol or non-alcoholic beverage)
- Visit the ‘Gourmet Bites’ tent during designated hours for complimentary hors d'oeuvres. (additional food options available for purchase within the lounge)
- Premium, air-conditioned restrooms
- Visit the Wander Wagon to take your complimentary Ohana Festival keepsake photos
- VIP Lockers and Mobile charging stations are available for rent within the VIP Lounge
- Enjoy a drink in the VIP Beach with live streams to view the concert while you sit and relax with your feet in the sand
- Visit the dedicated VIP Merchandise store in the VIP Lounge for a quick and easy merch shopping experience
VIP Dining & Drinks
The VIP Lounge offers dedicated food vendors serving up some quick service festival favorites for purchase.
- Visit the ‘Gourmet Bites’ tent during designated hours for complimentary hors d'oeuvres. (additional food options available for purchase within the lounge)
- You’ll also enjoy a variety of ways to quench your thirst at any of our VIP Bars with drinks for purchase, plus your complimentary beverage. *Your complimentary drink will only be available for redemption at the VIP BAR located within the VIP Lounge. You can redeem this by simply scanning your VIP wristband. (complimentary drink is good for an alcohol or non-alcoholic beverage)
