Ohana Festival strives to mitigate its impact on the environment. Maintaining the integrity of Doheny State Beach and raising awareness about the issues facing our environment are key missions of Ohana Festival. Learn more about our sustainaibility efforts below:
Reusable cups will be here for the first time! Join us in ending single-use plastic waste by reTURNing your cups to the designated bins throughout the festival grounds.
Ohana is replacing select Diesel Generators with Intelligent Battery Systems to reduce the festival's carbon footprint and fossil fuel use. For more information on efforts to make live music more sustainable check out REVERB's Music Decarbonization Project.
Properly dispose of your cans and other recyclables in the designated recycling bins.
Bring in your (empty) plastic reusable water bottle and fill it at one of our free hydration stations.
All food vendors will use compostable plates and cutlery.
