Some fans think that buying a wristband via Craigslist, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Facebook Marketplace or any broker site will save them some cash and allow them to access the festival. Unfortunately, many of these are either already used or are counterfeits. Once a wristband has changed hands from its original owner, there is nothing we can do to remedy any issues. In many cases re-sold VIP Tickets will not allow you to pick up VIP gift bags as we will need the first and last name of the original ticket purchaser on Front Gate Tickets for pick up.
If you want 100% confidence, you must purchase your tickets through Front Gate Tickets or Ticketmaster Verified Exchange.
Oftentimes, fans will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removal of a wristband automatically voids it. Our security team will ensure that every wristband has not been tampered with. If caught, you will be escorted away from the festival grounds.
The festival Box Office cannot assist with replacements or wristband errors on tickets purchased through third party sites (Craigslist, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Facebook Marketplace or any other broker site).
